TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4

Welcome to the Bahamas! Upon your arrival at Nassau International Airport, pass through immigration, pick up any checked bags and continue through customs. Pickup instructions: Once you pass Customs and exit the airport double doors look for a Majestic Tour Transportation Service rep.
4:45 / 5:00 P.M.
​Check-in to British Colonial Nassau
You've arrived at the iconic British Colonial Nassau! We're so happy you're here and can't wait to show you all that the fabulous property has to offer. Please settle in and make yourself at home - an exciting few days await.
Early Evening at Leisure
Once you've finished checking in, please feel free to explore the grounds, take a stroll on the private beach for a serene swim in the crystal clear waters, or simply take a moment to unpack and enjoy the gorgeous accommodations.
7:00 P.M.
​Private Welcome Dinner in The Garden 
After a day of travel, please join us at the outdoor garden and firepit area to kick off our trip with a delightful private dinner! The menu will feature dishes from the hotels' Woode Rogers Tavern which features an extensive variety of hand-crafted cocktails and wines by the glass, set below soaring vaulted ceilings among dark mahogany wood that transitions the evening back in time. The hotel team will be joining us for this lovely occasion.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5

Breakfast at Leisure 
The first official day of the trip kicks off with breakfast at your leisure, whether that's dining at Tamarind Market Place or stopping by the lobby coffee bar for more of a grab-and-go meal. Please be in the lobby at 9:15 A.M. as we will be departing for our activity.

Boat Day to Rose Island

Now, it's time to get out on the water and off to Rose Island we go! We’ll be heading off on a leisurely boat cruise to a private island to really take advantage of the island's gorgeous waters and thriving marine life. Take in the breathtaking scenery, and immerse yourself in this unforgettable excursion swimming with the pigs, all topped off with a lunch on-site!
Late Afternoon at Leisure  
Unwind this afternoon, whether you decide to lounge by the pool, take a stroll along the sandy shores, try out the non-motorized water activities, or sleep off the day in the sun!
6:30 P.M. 
Dinner at Sakana Noodle & Sushi Bar 
For tonight's dinner, we'll head downstairs to the hotels' Sakana Noodle and Sushi Bar - where we'll get a taste of the fabulous seafood, sushi, and Asian-inspired dishes.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6

Breakfast at Leisure
Enjoy breakfast at leisure followed by a relaxing morning at your own pace. 
Early/Late Morning
Cabana & Pool
Start off the day in the sun in one of the plush lounge chairs or nestle into the shade of a breezy poolside cabana as the tropical sun warms the world and a gentle rhythm of waves rolls in from the nearby shore.
1:00 P.M.
Arawak Cay Food Tour
Time for some traditional Bahamian cuisine! Led by the hotel's fantastic Marketing Manager, Shirlen Godet, we'll explore the local hotspot Arawak Cay which is known for its authentic Fish Fry with dishes like conch salad and fritters, fried fish, and so much more. We'll be taking an open-air buggy - so please make sure to dress in comfortable clothing.
Late Afternoon at Leisure
After a bit of local bites, we'll return to the hotel where you can rest and spend the rest of your afternoon at leisure.
7:30 P.M 
Farewell Dinner at Mahogany Club

We can't believe it's almost time to say goodbye! For dinner, we'll head to the hotel's newest on-site restaurant, Mahogany Club, for a laid-back yet luxurious dining experience that offers an elevated twist on traditional Bahamian cuisine, paired with fine wines, and champagne. 
Post-Dinner
Dessert Experience & Cocktails at Woodes Rogers Tavern
Take part in a delicious tasting of the hotel's new dessert menu, all while witnessing the mixologists craft their specialty cocktails and enjoying the live jazz performance.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7

Breakfast & Morning at Leisure
Enjoy your final breakfast of the trip however you desire! Take the morning to enjoy some more time at the resort.​

Departures

Head to the lobby for check-out. A driver will be waiting for you outside to take you to the airport for your 4:50 P.M. flight. Have a safe trip home, British Colonial Nassau misses you already!
