Arrivals
Welcome to the Bahamas! Upon your arrival at Nassau International Airport, pass through immigration, pick up your bags and continue through customs. Pickup instructions: Once you pass Customs and exit the airport double doors look for a Majestic Tour Transportation Service rep.
Check-in to British Colonial Nassau
You've arrived at British Colonial Nassau! We're delighted to have you. Please settle in and make yourself at home -- an exciting few days await. At your leisure, opt for a delicious lunch at Red Pearl Grill, take a serene afternoon swim, or sunbathe on the pristine Bahamian beach that's at your doorstep.
7:00 P.M.

Welcome Cocktails and Dinner at Woodes Rogers Tavern
After a day of travel, please join us at the hotel's signature martini bar, Woodes Rogers Tavern, for welcome cocktails. Take part in a tasting and demonstration and witness the mixologists craft the specialty cocktails, while also having the opportunity to introduce yourself to your fellow travel partners. Next up, a delightful dinner. The hotel team will be joining us for the occasion.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12

Breakfast and Morning at Leisure 
The first official day of the trip kicks off with breakfast at your leisure, followed by a relaxing morning at your own pace. Dine at Tamarind Market Place or stop by the lobby coffee bar for breakfast, unwind in the room, lounge on the private beach, or take a swim before we head out for today’s activity. Please be in the lobby by 12:00 P.M. as we depart for lunch.

Lunch at Arawak Cay Fish Fry 
provided by Nassau Paradise Island Tourism Board
Time for a traditional Bahamian lunch at local hotspot Arawak Cay, known for its authentic Fish Fry. Vendors offer conch salad, fried fish, and other local dishes.

John Watling's Distillery Rum Tasting & Self-Bottling experience

After lunch, we’ll head over to John Watling's Distillery for a fun and insightful Bahamian rum tasting, complete with a self-bottling experience at the distillery's new Rum Academy. Explore the historic estate, founded in 1789, and see where Bahamians craft John Watling’s delicious small-batch rums! This 45-minute guided tasting takes you deep into the heart of Bahamian tradition and craftsmanship. Explore the distinctive profiles of five premium rums, Pale, Amber, Buena Vista, Paradise, and Bullion. Guided by expert ambassadors, this interactive journey reveals the art of rum-making, from historic roots to the meticulous blending process.
 Afternoon at Leisure  
Unwind this afternoon, whether you decide to lounge by the pool, take a stroll along the sandy shores, try out the non-motorized water activities (ever water-biked?), explore the property or sleep off the rum.

Dinner at Mahogany Club
For dinner, we'll head to the hotel's restaurant, Mahogany Club, for a laid-back yet luxurious dining experience with the hotel's Marketing Manager, Shirlen Godet. Mahogany Club offers a refined dining experience with classic Italian cuisine, premium steaks, handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and champagne.

THURSDAY, MARCH 1

Powerboat Half Day Adventures Tour to Exuma
provided by Bahamas Tourism Board
Now, it's time for a heart-racing adventure! We’ll set off aboard high-speed powerboats with Powerboat Adventures, heading to Exuma Island for an exhilarating ride. Snorkel in crystal-clear waters, feed stingrays, sharks, and iguanas, and get up close with the famous Exuma beach pigs! Explore the private island surrounded by breathtaking scenery, and immerse yourself in this unforgettable excursion, all topped off with a lunch on-site!
Afternoon at Leisure 
After a thrilling start to the day, we’ll return to the resort, where you can rest and spend the rest of your afternoon at leisure.

Private Beachside Fish Grill / Farewell Dinner

We can't believe it's almost time to say goodbye! To close out the trip, we have planned a special fish grill dinner on our private beach. For those who don't eat seafood, there will be alternative food options!

Breakfast at Leisure
Enjoy your final breakfast of the trip however you desire. ​
Ongoing Morning / Afternoon Departures
Take the morning to enjoy some more time at the resort. When you're ready to depart, head to the lobby for check-out. At your airport transfer time, a driver will be waiting for you outside the lobby.
